Made just for you.

Every Perresili order is custom-made on demand through our production partner, Printful. Because each item is created specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@perresili.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the defective item

We'll review your request and work with you to send a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.

Wrong Size?

Because our items are made to order, we're unable to exchange for a different size. We encourage you to carefully review our size guide before placing your order to ensure the best fit.

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier and fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, before production begins. Please email us immediately at hello@perresili.com if you need to cancel.
